Best Tweaks and Mods for android devices 4.2+

Hey guys today i am going to post some of the mods and tweaks for android devices which soometimes experience lags and errors or crashes while using custom roms or some times stoct roms....

any of these mods where not designed by me nor i have participated in its development , but using several android devices from past few years i came across problems and with their solutions...
